“PURPOSE AND BENEFITS OF EASTER”

PRAYER EVANGELISM

DAY 1

It is time to fast and pray and ask the Holy Spirit to take over the business of evangelizing the earth
if we are going to witness any form of revival on earth today, mankind must hear the voice of God directly
God has promised that all would know Him without anyone telling them to
Jer:31:33-34
But this shall be the covenant that I will make with the house of Israel; After those days, saith the LORD, I will put my law in their inward parts, and write it in their hearts; and will be their God, and they shall be my people.
And they shall teach no more every man his neighbour, and every man his brother, saying, Know the LORD: for they shall all know me, from the least of them unto the greatest of them, saith the LORD; for I will forgive their iniquity, and I will remember their sin no more.

God’s greatest desire is to interact and fellowship with the people He created.Ezekiel 36:24-30
LET US NOW LOOK AT SEVERAL EPISODES OF THE INTERACTION OF GOD WITH MANKIND EVEN JUST IN THE BOOK OF GENESIS
Adam and Eve interacted with God directly they heard the voice of GOD Gen 3:8-18
Even the serpent heard the voice of God
Even Cain heard the voice of God directly after murdering Abel Gen.4:1-15
God spoke to him and gave Him instructions and encouraged him to repent
God gave specific instructions to Noah about building the Ark and he clearly understood and obeyed and God made a covenant with him that covers us all Gen 9:1-17
In Gen.12 God called Abraham out and gave him some directions about his life
When Abraham lied that Sarah was his sister and Pharaoh took his wife God spoke to Pharaoh and he gave back his wife Gen 12:17-20
God Himself directly evangelized Abraham and took him from among the heathen and gave him a new heart and a new spirit and blessed him and made him his friend
He then proceeded to define his destiny and blessings of obedience to him in the following scriptures Gen 14 17-24;15:1-6;17:1-8
In all these scriptures, God’s voice was everywhere.
The sinners were hearing him and were able to communicate with him
So what went wrong? Where is the voice of the Lord on earth today?
Even the flames, the waters, animals and trees could hear God’s voice.
So what went wrong, why is God so quiet that mankind is running wild and crazy all over the place?
Psalm:29
Give unto the LORD, O ye mighty, give unto the LORD glory and strength. 2: Give unto the LORD the glory due unto his name; worship the LORD in the beauty of holiness. 3: The voice of the LORD is upon the waters: the God of glory thundereth: the LORD is upon many waters. 4: The voice of the LORD is powerful; the voice of the LORD is full of majesty. 5: The voice of the LORD breaketh the cedars; yea, the LORD breaketh the cedars of Lebanon.6: He maketh them also to skip like a calf; Lebanon and Sirion like a young unicorn.7: The voice of the LORD divideth the flames of fire. 8: The voice of the LORD shaketh the wilderness; the LORD shaketh the wilderness of Kadesh. 9: The voice of the LORD maketh the hinds to calve, and discovereth the forests: and in his temple doth every one speak of his glory. 10: The LORD sitteth upon the flood; yea, the LORD sitteth King for ever. 11: The LORD will give strength unto his people; the LORD will bless his people with peace.

Am:5:4-8
For thus saith the LORD unto the house of Israel, Seek ye me, and ye shall live: 4.But seek not Bethel, nor enter into Gilgal, and pass not to Beer-sheba: for Gilgal shall surely go into captivity, and Bethel shall come to nought.6: Seek the LORD, and ye shall live; lest he break out like fire in the house of Joseph, and devour it, and there be none to quench it in Bethel.7: Ye who turn judgment to wormwood, and leave off righteousness in the earth, 8: Seek him that maketh the seven stars and Orion, and turneth the shadow of death into the morning, and maketh the day dark with night: that calleth for the waters of the sea, and poureth them out upon the face of the earth: The LORD is his name:
The Lord is His name and He is mighty in our midst and tells us to be diligent this year

Am:9:5-6
And the Lord GOD of hosts is he that toucheth the land, and it shall melt, and all that dwell therein shall mourn: and it shall rise up wholly like a flood; and shall be drowned, as by the flood of Egypt. : It is he that buildeth his stories in the heaven, and hath founded his troop in the earth; he that calleth for the waters of the sea, and poureth them out upon the face of the earth: The LORD is his name.

We must pray that powerful voice down for mankind and even nature to hear again
No one hears God directly and remain the same
Saul was on his way to murder Christians when God’s voice intercepted him
ACTS:9
“And Saul, yet breathing out threatenings and slaughter against the disciples of the Lord, went unto the high priest,2.And desired of him letters to Damascus to the synagogues, that if he found any of this way, whether they were men or women, he might bring them bound unto Jerusalem. 3: And as he journeyed, he came near Damascus: and suddenly there shined round about him a light from heaven: 4: And he fell to the earth, and heard a voice saying unto him, Saul, Saul, why persecutest thou me? 5: And he said, Who art thou, Lord? And the Lord said, I am Jesus whom thou persecutest: it is hard for thee to kick against the pricks. 6: And he trembling and astonished said, Lord, what wilt thou have me to do? And the Lord said unto him, Arise, and go into the city, and it shall be told thee what thou must do. 7: And the men which journeyed with him stood speechless, hearing a voice, but seeing no man. 8: And Saul arose from the earth; and when his eyes were opened, he saw no man: but they led him by the hand, and brought him into Damascus. 9: And he was three days without sight, and neither did eat nor drink. 10: And there was a certain disciple at Damascus, named Ananias; and to him said the Lord in a vision, Ananias. And he said, Behold, I am here, Lord. 11: And the Lord said unto him, Arise, and go into the street which is called Straight, and enquire in the house of Judas for one called Saul, of Tarsus: for, behold, he prayeth, 12: And hath seen in a vision a man named Ananias coming in, and putting his hand on him, that he might receive his sight. 13: Then Ananias answered, Lord, I have heard by many of this man, how much evil he hath done to thy saints at Jerusalem: 14: And here he hath authority from the chief priests to bind all that call on thy name. 15: But the Lord said unto him, Go thy way: for he is a chosen vessel unto me, to bear my name before the Gentiles, and kings, and the children of Israel: 16: For I will shew him how great things he must suffer for my name’s sake. 17: And Ananias went his way, and entered into the house; and putting his hands on him said, Brother Saul, the Lord, even Jesus, that appeared unto thee in the way as thou camest, hath sent me, that thou mightest receive thy sight, and be filled with the Holy Ghost. 18: And immediately there fell from his eyes as it had been scales: and he received sight forthwith, and arose, and was baptized. 19: And when he had received meat, he was strengthened. Then was Saul certain days with the disciples which were at Damascus. 20: And straightway he preached Christ in the synagogues, that he is the Son of God. 21: But all that heard him were amazed, and said; Is not this he that destroyed them which called on this name in Jerusalem, and came hither for that intent, that he might bring them bound unto the chief priests? 22:But Saul increased the more in strength, and confounded the Jews which dwelt at Damascus, proving that this is very Christ.

DAY 2

KINGDOM MINDEDNESS

Gen 18:22-33 is an example of how God can be so close to man as to listen to his voice in prayer
God sent Angels to Abraham Gen 22:15-18.
In GEN 19 Angels ate dinner and slept over in Lot’s house
John 3:16 says “For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life.”

Jesus Christ Himself went after the woman at the well.
He called his disciples Himself

MARK 1:14-20
14: Now after that John was put in prison, Jesus came into Galilee, preaching the gospel of the kingdom of God, 15: And saying, The time is fulfilled, and the kingdom of God is at hand: repent ye, and believe the gospel. 16: Now as he walked by the sea of Galilee, he saw Simon and Andrew his brother casting a net into the sea: for they were fishers. 17: And Jesus said unto them, Come ye after me, and I will make you to become fishers of men.18: And straightway they forsook their nets, and followed him.19: And when he had gone a little further thence, he saw James the son of Zebedee, and John his brother, who also were in the ship mending their nets.20: And straightway he called them: and they left their father Zebedee in the ship with the hired servants, and went after him.

Jesus went after his disciples one by one.
He says his sheep hear his voice and follow Him,
In John 10:16 He says there are others that must still come and hear his voice
He went from place to place preaching the Gospel of the Kingdom
Mark 1: 21-38
And they went into Capernaum; and straightway on the sabbath day he entered into the synagogue, and taught.22: And they were astonished at his doctrine: for he taught them as one that had authority, and not as the scribes.23: And there was in their synagogue a man with an unclean spirit; and he cried out,24: Saying, Let us alone; what have we to do with thee, thou Jesus of Nazareth? art thou come to destroy us? I know thee who thou art, the Holy One of God.25: And Jesus rebuked him, saying, Hold thy peace, and come out of him.26: And when the unclean spirit had torn him, and cried with a loud voice, he came out of him. 27: And they were all amazed, insomuch that they questioned among themselves, saying, What thing is this? what new doctrine is this? for with authority commandeth he even the unclean spirits, and they do obey him. 28: And immediately his fame spread abroad throughout all the region round about Galilee. 29: And forthwith, when they were come out of the synagogue, they entered into the house of Simon and Andrew, with James and John. 30: But Simon’s wife’s mother lay sick of a fever, and anon they tell him of her. 31: And he came and took her by the hand, and lifted her up; and immediately the fever left her, and she ministered unto them. 32: And at even, when the sun did set, they brought unto him all that were diseased, and them that were possessed with devils. 33: And all the city was gathered together at the door.34: And he healed many that were sick of divers diseases, and cast out many devils; and suffered not the devils to speak, because they knew him. 35: And in the morning, rising up a great while before day, he went out, and departed into a solitary place, and there prayed. 36: And Simon and they that were with him followed after him.37: And when they had found him, they said unto him, All men seek for thee.38: And he said unto them, Let us go into the next towns, that I may preach there also: for therefore came I forth.

In the book of Acts he spoke to Saul on the road to Damascus and changed him from a notorious murderer to one of the greatest Apostles
We read in the book of Revelation that Angels even preached after rapture warning people not to take the mark of the beast
God is again looking for close friends like Abraham and Noah
God is again looking for People who fear Him and to whom He can reveal his secrets at these end times Psalm 25:14
God has plenty of end time blessings and anointing that await those who hunger and thirst after his righteousness
Right now, He needs end time Generals who will run and not be weary who will not even break their ranks.
God needs people like Abraham ,who can approach his throne at this crucial time in the history of mankind
He is looking for people who can hear his voice and send his voice out to mankind through faith and fervent prayers
People who can pray down his presence and command his presence to fill the earth
The battle for souls is raging. God has a lot of Generals in heaven
On earth He needs more Generals who can constantly agree with the ones in heaven that His Kingdom might come and that His will might be done
Generals who can link up with heaven to restore the souls of people back to GOD through fervent prayers and evangelism
Jesus would preach during the day and then prayed all night
MARK :1:32-36
And at even, when the sun did set, they brought unto him all that were diseased, and them that were possessed with devils.33. And all the city was gathered together at the door.34: And he healed many that were sick of divers diseases, and cast out many devils; and suffered not the devils to speak, because they knew him.35: And in the morning, rising up a great while before day, he went out, and departed into a solitary place, and there prayed. 36: And Simon and they that were with him followed after him.

God needs end time Elijahs and Elishas.
Elijah said the God that answereth by fire let him be God
Joshua commanded the sun and the moon to stand still so he could finish up the war against the enemies of Israel
My people this is why the Lord is telling us to grow up and see the blood of Jesus flowing in every part of our bodies
This is why He is so tired of our beggarly prayers
Oh God give me this and that and kill my enemies is no longer the prayers that heaven wants to listen to
Why did the Lord give us such a powerful anchor this year?
Why is the Lord pointing us to the Father and asking us to be kingdom minded?
“Why are we praying Thy Kingdom come thy will be done on earth as it is in heaven”
The average believer today is not Kingdom minded but extremely self –centered and self-conscious and that is a pity
Such believers have missed the whole purpose of being saved and are not going anywhere
They will be shocked on that day when the LORD would tell them I never knew you. Matt 7:21-29
What is the will of God the Father? The SALVATION AND THE SANCTIFICATION OF MANKIND.

HE THAT WINNETH SOULS IS WISE

Proverb:11:30: The fruit of the righteous is a tree of life; and he that winneth souls is wise
We need the wisdom and the power of the Holy Spirit right now
Jesus Christ sat at the well waiting for the woman to come so he could evangelize her
His disciples brought him food and he was not so impressed with their food and they wondered if someone had brought him food
Check out his reply John 4:25 -42
The woman saith unto him, I know that Messias cometh, which is called Christ: when he is come, he will tell us all things. Jesus saith unto her, I that speak unto thee am he. And upon this came his disciples, and marvelled that he talked with the woman: yet no man said, What seekest thou? or, Why talkest thou with her? The woman then left her waterpot, and went her way into the city, and saith to the men. Come, see a man, which told me all things that ever I did: is not this the Christ? Then they went out of the city, and came unto him. In the mean while his disciples prayed him, saying, Master, eat.But he said unto them, I have meat to eat that ye know not of. Therefore said the disciples one to another, Hath any man brought him ought to eat? Jesus saith unto them, My meat is to do the will of him that sent me, and to finish his work. Say not ye, There are yet four months, and then cometh harvest? behold, I say unto you, Lift up your eyes, and look on the fields; for they are white already to harvest. And many more believed because of his own word And said unto the woman, Now we believe, not because of thy saying: for we have heard him ourselves, and know that this is indeed the Christ, the Saviour of the world.

Jesus Christ says his meat is to do the will of His FATHER and finish his work
He says you and I are gods just like Him John 10:34-38
Jesus answered them, Is it not written in your law, I said, Ye are gods? 35: If he called them gods, unto whom the word of God came, and the scripture cannot be broken; 36: Say ye of him, whom the Father hath sanctified, and sent into the world, Thou blasphemest; because I said, I am the Son of God?37: If I do not the works of my Father, believe me not.38: But if I do, though ye believe not me, believe the works: that ye may know, and believe, that the Father is in me, and I in him.
He says you and are I
elect and sanctified by the Spirit like him:Heb 2:9-11
“But we see Jesus, who was made a little lower than the angels for the suffering of death, crowned with glory and honour; that he by the grace of God should taste death for every man. 10: For it became him, for whom are all things, and by whom are all things, in bringing many sons unto glory, to make the captain of their salvation perfect through sufferings. 11: For both he that sanctifieth and they who are sanctified are all of one: for which cause he is not ashamed to call them brethren,

The Lord promised to pour out his spirit upon all flesh at this time. JOEL 2:28-30
It’s time to demonstrate God’s power. It’s time to link heaven to the earth
Jesus says in John 5:25 “Verily, verily, I say unto you, The hour is coming, and now is, when the dead shall hear the voice of the Son of God: and they that hear shall live.”

Ezekiel was told to prophesy to the dry bones and he did and the bones received life and became a mighty army
Well there is an army that needs to wake up right now
Some are still in physical and spiritual prison
Some are spiritually and physically blind and lame
Others are in the drinking houses day and night drinking themselves to death
Others are bound by the strong man of darkness in sickness and confusion
God needs you to free them with your prayers and evangelism.
Their spirit will hear you praying for them in the dream and wake up and look for a church and repent.
You must now begin to reach out to all people with the preaching of the Gospel
Do it online through social media, do it with your prayers
Do it on the streets, in the taxis in towns and in villages
Matt:9:35-38
And Jesus went about all the cities and villages, teaching in their synagogues, and preaching the gospel of the kingdom, and healing every sickness and every disease among the people. 36: But when he saw the multitudes, he was moved with compassion on them, because they fainted, and were scattered abroad, as sheep having no shepherd.37: Then saith he unto his disciples, The harvest truly is plenteous, but the labourers are few; 38: Pray ye therefore the Lord of the harvest, that he will send forth labourers into his harvest.

Ask the Holy Spirit to give you burdens for souls and wisdom and willingness to go after them
This is going to be the work of the Holy Spirit. John 16:7-13
He will convict of sin of righteousness and of judgment to come
But If there must be revival at this endtime, the Church must repent and go back to the Bible
You have been bought and sanctified by the blood of Jesus Christ
His death and resurrection, His blood, his word, his Holy Spirit and grace upon our lives are very serious investments
God is a very shrewed business man.He wants returns,He wants answers .
He wants you to win souls very, very urgently
He wants to use you and you must be willing or end up like the foolish virgins
If you look at all the warnings that Jesus gives you will know that that is the nicest way to put it John 15 :1-8
“Am the true vine, and my Father is the husbandman. Every branch in me that beareth not fruit he taketh away: and every branch that beareth fruit, he purgeth it, that it may bring forth more fruit. Now ye are clean through the word which I have spoken unto you. Abide in me, and I in you. As the branch cannot bear fruit of itself, except it abide in the vine; no more can ye, except ye abide in me. I am the vine, ye are the branches: He that abideth in me, and I in him, the same bringeth forth much fruit: for without me ye can do nothing. If a man abide not in me, he is cast forth as a branch, and is withered; and men gather them, and cast them into the fire, and they are burned. If ye abide in me, and my words abide in you, ye shall ask what ye will, and it shall be done unto you. Herein is my Father glorified, that ye bear much fruit; so shall ye be my disciples.”
Luke:13:6-9
He spake also this parable; A certain man had a fig tree planted in his vineyard; and he came and sought fruit thereon, and found none.Then said he unto the dresser of his vineyard, Behold, these three years I come seeking fruit on this fig tree, and find none: cut it down; why cumbereth it the ground? And he answering said unto him, Lord, let it alone this year also, till I shall dig about it, and dung it: And if it bear fruit, well: and if not, then after that thou shalt cut it down.

Remember the parable of the Talents? The Lord said occupy till I come Luke 19:12-26

He said therefore, A certain nobleman went into a far country to receive for himself a kingdom, and to return.And he called his ten servants, and delivered them ten pounds, and said unto them, Occupy till I come. But his citizens hated him, and sent a message after him, saying, We will not have this man to reign over us.And it came to pass, that when he was returned, having received the kingdom, then he commanded these servants to be called unto him, to whom he had given the money, that he might know how much every man had gained by trading. Then came the first, saying, Lord, thy pound hath gained ten pounds.And he said unto him, Well, thou good servant: because thou hast been faithful in a very little, have thou authority over ten cities. And the second came, saying, Lord, thy pound hath gained five pounds. And he said likewise to him, Be thou also over five cities. And another came, saying, Lord, behold, here is thy pound, which I have kept laid up in a napkin: For I feared thee, because thou art an austere man: thou takest up that thou layedst not down, and reapest that thou didst not sow. And he saith unto him, Out of thine own mouth will I judge thee, thou wicked servant. Thou knewest that I was an austere man, taking up that I laid not down, and reaping that I did not sow: Wherefore then gavest not thou my money into the bank, that at my coming I might have required mine own with usury? And he said unto them that stood by, Take from him the pound, and give it to him that hath ten pounds. (And they said unto him, Lord, he hath ten pounds.) For I say unto you, That unto every one which hath shall be given; and from him that hath not, even that he hath shall be taken away from him.

Luke 24: 29’Acts 1:8;Acts 2:1-13
The Lord promised to pour out his spirit upon all flesh at this time. JOEL 2:28-30
It’s time to demonstrate God’s power. It’s time to link heaven to the earth
The Church needs the Holy Spirit and get back to prayers and soul winning.
The Holy Spirit did wonders in the book of Acts
He helped the disciples spread the Gospel.
Jesus told them not to leave Jerusalem till they were endued with power.
They got the power and immediately understood its purpose:
ACTS 11:20-26
And some of them were men of Cyprus and Cyrene, which, when they were come to Antioch, spake unto the Grecians, preaching the Lord Jesus. And the hand of the Lord was with them: and a great number believed, and turned unto the Lord. Then tidings of these things came unto the ears of the church which was in Jerusalem: and they sent forth Barnabas, that he should go as far as Antioch. Who, when he came, and had seen the grace of God, was glad, and exhorted them all, that with purpose of heart they would cleave unto the Lord. For he was a good man, and full of the Holy Ghost and of faith: and much people was added unto the Lord. Then departed Barnabas to Tarsus, for to seek Saul: And when he had found him, he brought him unto Antioch. And it came to pass, that a whole year they assembled themselves with the church, and taught much people. And the disciples were called Christians first in Antioch.
